Subject: toward a theory of psychic power

Dear Dr. Sophronius,

Psychic phenomenon are not supernatural, but superscience. They are not outside of nature, but rather outside of science's ability to describe nature. When we were young the creation of life was a mystery, but today we understand how DNA code creates life, and genetic engineers can design and create new life forms.

I believe someday psychic phenomenon will be unraveled just as DNA has been. The phenomenon appear to occur in the cerebellum rather than the cerebrum. Buddhist meditation aims to turn off cerebral thinking, allowing you to be in touch with your cerebellum.

You object that what you call God, must be outside yourself. Psychic phenomenon are both inside and outside yourself. You would not experience the phenomenon if something inside you were not in contact with something outside yourself, however what you're in contact with is the collective subconsciousness of every creature on earth. Your cerebellum is in tune with others.Therein resides the Word, the Holy Ghost, the code that creatures operate by.

The Holy Ghost created the gods in the minds of men as embodiments of itself. Anubis, Jehovah, Baal, Ashtoreth, Jove, Jupiter, Juno, Jesus, et al., the whole lot of them are the various manifestations of the Holy Ghost in various cultures. This is the beginning of seeing the trinity, seeing Jehovah and the Holy Ghost as one, for if it were not the Holy Ghost which formed your image of Jehovah in your mind through the Word which you found in the Bible, what did?

Jehovah you say? Jehovah could not exist before the Word. Without the Word you are incapable of forming the idea of Jehovah, you are only capable of a feeling. To give name to that feeling you require the Word, and the particular Word you require is "Jehovah," the Word which you found in the Old Testament. It is only through the Word that you came to your image of Jehovah.

"In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God."

Now to complete the trinity, try to see the apotheosis of Jesus as possible through the Word you found in the New Testament, as the apotheosis of Jehovah was possible through the Word you found in the Old Testament. "And the Word was made flesh and dwelt among us..."

So yes, the idea of the trinity in the New Testament is most clearly expressed in John. As I've said, I believe the idea of the trinity in Christianity came directly from the ancient Egyptian beliefs. That it found expression in the New Testament cannot be denied if you read John carefully, however accepting the trinity is the least of it.

Seeing the connection of your feelings to the collective subconsciousness is the key to understanding what that power which exists outside yourself consists of.

Love,

Flash
