Weapons Commander Death has plans to weaponize Pollock's spirit as the ultimate aesthetic force in the universe. If the pen is mightier than the sword, then the paint brush is a potent weapon. Pollock began painting his drips using brushes to throw skeins of paint, but eventually he made holes in a bucket and filled it with paint to increase his ability to drip. In Commander Death's view, this invention is to a paint brush as a machine gun is to a rifle, a major advance in the arsenal of aesthetic weapons.
